I am Agneya, incoming PhD student of FALL 2022, CUNY. Me and my friend, Serena are looking for a two-bedroom apartment to rent from August 3rd, 2022 onwards.  Any safe area within the commutable distance from CUNY is fine.  Rent amount that we prefer is less than or equal to 1000 USD per month per head.
