The goal of this conference is to inspire women students with demonstrated leadership qualities to further develop their skills and realize their potential as leaders. The conference theme is Rising Together and will replicate the previous format, introducing participants to a comprehensive, full day-long program of speakers and panels, presentations by legislators and participation by representatives of prominent women’s organizations. Confirmed sessions include Breaking Boundaries a panel discussion moderated by Associate Vice Chancellor Andrea Shapiro Davis, featuring four successful women leaders. An interactive workshop titled A Woman’s Worth by Sandie Luna and Debora Balardini. Co-founders of Punto Space, an event & performance space and Nettles Artists Collective will follow. A fifteen minute presentation titled YOU. ARE. ENOUGH. by TED speaker, Shantae J. Edwards will close the program.
